Would you like to shape sustainability and drive the energy transformation in a strategic, impactful, and data-driven way while gaining practical experience in an international company? Then join the Sustainability Team at DKV Mobility and support us across a wide range of exciting topics.
- Projects and initiatives: You support sustainability projects and cross-functional initiatives, with a particular focus on the program planning and organization of our Community Day, a major group-wide social engagement event.
- Data analysis and reporting: You collect, maintain, validate, and analyze sustainability data and KPIs. You also contribute to the further development of data management processes and ESG /non-financial reporting, for example in line with CSRD/ESRS requirements.
- Process optimization: You identify opportunities for improvement and support their implementation, particularly through the use of AI, for example by helping to develop semi-automated internal reporting solutions.
- Climate strategy: You support the preparation of the Corporate Carbon Footprint and contribute to the implementation of our climate strategy and targets.
- Stakeholder communication: You prepare sustainability-related content for internal communications, intranet pages, presentations, and other formats, tailoring information to different target audiences.

- You are currently enrolled in a degree program related to sustainability, business administration, environmental management, or a comparable field and ideally have at least one year of studies remaining.
- Sustainability is more than just a passion for you. You want to drive it strategically, professionally, and with measurable impact. Initial experience in data management, climate management, or non-finanical reporting is an advantage.
- You enjoy working with numbers and data. You have solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally some initial experience with AI tools.
- You have an analytical, structured, and independent way of working and enjoy collaborating across teams and functions.
- With your excellent German and English language skills, you can communicate complex topics clearly and precisely.
