Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic) or equivalent qualification
Additional qualification as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsman is an advantage
Experience in delivering technical training sessions, workshops, or instruction programs
Strong willingness to learn and the ability to quickly acquire and apply complex technical knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation and training material creation; experience with common e-learning tools and learning management systems (LMS) is desirable
Excellent communication skills, structured approach to work, and strong team orientation
Passion for knowledge transfer and the professional development of training participants
Very good command of Chinese and English, both written and spoken
Strong intercultural competence and ability to work effectively in an international environment

Qualifications

Conduct technical training courses for customers with a focus on Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
Deliver internal training programs for employees based on defined standards and training concepts
Develop training courses based on existing concepts, utilizing various delivery formats including classroom, online, and hybrid learning
Support the development and content management of the LMS e-learning platform and knowledge hub, including content creation and quality assurance
Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Service, and Application teams to develop training programs for new products
Maintain and service existing training equipment and training systems
Support the planning and configuration of new training facilities and equipment
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the training and skills matrix for current and future training modules
