Production Controller (m/f/d)

1. Degree in Industrial Engineering / Industrial Management with at least a Bachelor's degree.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
3. Good logical thinking, process-driven, and business sense.
4. Good communication skills in English (at least TOEIC 650).
5. Experience using SAP systems.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel VBA/Macros is a plus.
7. Programming skills in Python are a plus.

The Production Controller will be trained on our Assembly of Production:

• Development and coordination of production schedule
• Manage parts delivery to assembly and meeting production goals

Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Performs timely and accurate processing of schedule updates.
• Controls inventory level and facilitates the provision of necessary material and components
• Creating and publishing high-level integrated master schedules in accordance with assembling.
• Schedule the production process and department activities relating to material.
• Resolve production, manpower and material shortage in order of priority.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing and accounting to develop and maintain scheduling parameters.
• Identify systematic problems and provide solutions based on a data-driven approach.
• Initiate and implement continuous improvement-projects to improve quality, reliability and safety and to reduce costs.
