- You define the vision, strategy, and priorities for the digital product platform and align them with customer, business, and technology goals.
- You identify shared needs across product teams, user groups, and customer journeys and translate them into scalable platform capabilities.
- You drive reuse and accelerate the development of better products through common platform solutions.
- You lead, coach, and develop Product Managers, fostering both their professional and personal growth.
- You establish a culture centered on customer centricity, ownership, and outcome-driven thinking.
- You build strong Product Trio teams together with Engineering and Design and promote effective collaboration between platform and product teams.
- You manage platform investments based on user value, strategic relevance, scalability, and business impact.
- You define success metrics for adoption, effectiveness, and business value and ensure that platform investments deliver measurable results.
- You bring 7+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS, platform, or digital business environment, including leadership responsibility.
- You have a proven track record of delivering measurable customer and business outcomes and developing successful product or platform strategies.
- You are highly experienced in Continuous Discovery, Experimentation, Product Analytics, and data-driven product decision-making.
- You have built and coached empowered Product Teams and helped Product Managers grow and succeed.
- You foster strong Product Leadership capabilities and create an environment where teams can perform at their best.
- You combine strategic thinking with strong business acumen to balance customer value, business impact, and long-term platform investments.
- You excel at communication and stakeholder management and can align teams and leaders around a shared vision.
- You are fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
