• Proper & precise execution of sample inspections, handling-, functional- and load tests
• Document and communicate test results diligently
• Material ordering and preparation
• Managing of test specimens (ensure traceability, proper documentation)
  
• Manage and improve test devices, instruction manuals and test facility
• Close cooperation with development, quality and sourcing
• Support development department with failure analysis
• Execution of LEAN activities in the testing area

• Technical education, preferrably in the field of mechanics
• Good craftsmanship and experience in metalworking
• CAD skills (an advantage)
• Fluent in English (verbally and written)
• Structured working method, clear communication, results orientated, persistency
• Fast learner, prioritize what matters most; manage portfolio of tasks effectively
