Customer Support Engineer - Scanner (m/f/d)

1. Mechanical or Electrical engineering background is preferred.

2. With related exposure tool experience is a plus; otherwise, the person should be comfortable for hands-on troubleshooting for mechanical adjustment and electrical components.

1. Support daily Scanner field issues recovery on Scanner tools.

2. Support tool upgrade, modification and new tool installation.

3. Candidate is required to support 7x24 on call in a regular basis.

4. Upon request, candidate may need to support a working shift style of task in a defined period.
