• Design and validate complex Electrical BOP systems for power-generation plants (gas, hydro, wind, nuclear), including SLDs, sizing calculations, technical specifications and complete BOMs
• Translate customer contracts and international standards into precise technical requirements and ensure full compliance throughout the engineering process
• Perform and document detailed electrical studies (protection and control, grounding, AC/DC systems, UPS, switchgear, cabling) and review or approve vendor designs and technical submissions
• Collaborate with global engineering teams, lead technical discussions, and participate in design reviews, FOE analyses, customer meetings, site surveys and issue resolution
• Use engineering tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, EPLAN and analytical software to deliver high-quality design packages and maintain technical accuracy across all interfaces

• University degree in Electrical Engineering and a strong technical engineering background, with the ability to independently develop calculations, drawings and detailed technical specifications
• Hands-on experience in electrical system design (EBOP / power plants)
• Proven experience across gas, hydro, nuclear, wind or similar electricity-producing industries, including work with international standards (IEC, ANSI, NFPA, CE)
• Solid understanding of protection settings, short-circuit analysis and CT/VT sizing; experience with insulation coordination is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, structured and solution-oriented working style in multicultural, interface-rich environments
