• Independent analysis and assessment of complex financing structures, particularly in project finance, LBOs, and corporate finance
• Conducting comprehensive risk analyses, due-diligence assessments and deriving internal ratings
• Preparing clear risk assessments and recommendations for decision-making committees and for new transaction reviews
• Acting as a strong sparring partner for front-office and origination units in the structuring of new transactions
• Ongoing monitoring of the credit portfolio, including regular reviews and performance assessments
• Contributing to cross-departmental projects within credit risk management

• Professional experience in structured finance, ideally with a focus on project finance, LBOs, or comparable transactions
• Experience in the analysis of subordinated financing instruments is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, both within the team and when interacting with decision-makers and various stakeholders
• Business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German skills would be a plus
• Strong analytical mindset, structured way of working, and high resilience under pressure

Gehaltsinformationen

• The compensation for this position is at least 75.000€ gross per year. An overpayment is possible, depending on qualifications and experience.
