Quality Engineer_2026_O_R_01

1. Degree in related field (engineering, science, statistics, or related field)

2. Analytical skill, good practice with PCAR, 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa diagram… reports

3. Capable of effective and proactive communication and coordination with customers and internal departments.

1. Customer complaint management (IRF, FA, SQN). Including reporting, status tracking using 8D method.

2. Initiate internal investigation of quality incidents and meetings with the cross-functional team. (Claim meeting)

3. Conduct quality improvement and prevention of failure reoccurrences, internal audit.

4. Quality report review and Quality issues tracking (Key KPIs).

5. Coordinate and respond to customer quality audits and ISO 9001 audits.
