Incoming Inspection Engineer (m/f/d)

1. Degree in related field (Mechanical/ optic/ Electricityengineering)

2. Experience in SPC/MSA/GRR

3. 3+ years of IQC experience, especially CNC parts.

4. Familiar with the measuring methods / tool of optic/ mechanical parts. And with reading machining drawings under 2D/3D perspectives.

5. Experience in inspecting the components of equipment (CMM, 2.5D, Zygo…) in semiconductor industries (Preferred)

1. Follow IQC matrix and output test plan of parts inspection for MP and FA parts .

2. Analyze incoming material anomalies and conduct statistical analysis to prevent defects in advance.

3. Maintain the inspected goods in SAP and regularly update inspection progress with logistic.

4. Build SIP for reapting issue goods and feedback to SQE to request the supplier.

5. Support supplier quality improvement (On-site qualification/GR&R) and prevent failure reoccurrences (Q-Notification).
