DKV Euro Service B.V., based in Noordwijkerhout, offers
complete mobility solutions for the business market in the Netherlands,
Belgium, and Luxembourg. As an Applicant Support Services Specialist or Applicant
Support Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing
customer data and providing administrative support for the sales process. You
play a crucial role in converting prospects into new customers through precise
data entry, credit checks, and document processing. You will be the first point
of contact for internal colleagues (field sales and telesales) and assist with
requests via our webshop.
This role requires a high level of accuracy,
responsibility, and discretion when handling customer information in our
systems. Your tasks include:
- Entering and processing customer data in CRM and CAM systems
- Responding to requests via phone and email
- Performing credit checks and requesting guarantees
- Sending and following up on application packages and customer acceptance documents
- Administratively converting prospects into active customers
- Supporting webshop requests and digital forms
- Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and quality standards
- Collaborating with the team leader for continuous process optimization
- Availability for at least 32 hours per week (up to 40 hours)
- Minimum completed MBO-level education
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent command of Dutch and English; knowledge of French and German is a plus
- Strong customer-oriented attitude and communication skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented work style & team player
