- You are responsible for managing the global payroll project in collaboration with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and IT.
- As a liaison between local HR departments, regional/global HR teams, and other relevant stakeholders, you ensure clear communication, training, the introduction of new processes and systems, as well as change management.
- Developing efficient and legally compliant service models for payroll and HR administration, as well as designing and documenting HR processes for various European countries, is part of your daily work.
- As a Key User, you test new system functionalities and support colleagues in using HR systems.
- You are also responsible for performing operational tasks in HR systems as part of daily HR processes (e.g. data entry, workflows, reporting).
- You already have experience as a project manager – ideally in payroll or in implementing HR technologies across multiple countries.
- You have strong knowledge of payroll processes and legal requirements in Europe, and have worked with external vendors.
- You have a good sense for designing and implementing global HR service delivery processes and bring experience in process standardization.
- You’re confident working with HR systems and have ideally held Key User responsibilities.
- You’re familiar with working in international organizations and know how to manage diverse stakeholder groups effectively.
- You’re able to influence and coordinate even without direct authority.
- You work in a structured way, think analytically, and communicate clearly and purposefully.
- You’re fluent in English – additional European languages are a plus.
