Your prospective job:

For our renown client Airbus Defence and Space you act as System Architect EW R&T and R&D (m/f/d) in the field of EW system development at the location Manching.
The team belongs to the Electronic Warfare & Weapon Systems Department composed of more than
110 engineers located in Manching, Getafe, Sevilla, and Warton.

Your responsibilities:

• Definition of EW system architectures
• Provide conceptual and technical guidance
• Functional integration of the existing and to be developed technologies
• Supporting the overall technical project management
• Integration of the EW technology projects into a common demonstration environment
• Preparation of Technology Readiness Reviews (TRL)
• Adapting to new trends and standards in airborne EW domain

Your profile:

• Completed studies in in computer science, aerospace engineering or comparable
• Longterm professional experience in IT-Systems, aerospace industrie and technologie and project management
• Experience and knowledge in Electronic Warfare especially fluent skills in: Requirements Capture & Definition, Requirementsmanagement, System Architecture and Design, System Validation / Verification, Modeling and Simulation of EW functions
• Expert knowledge in MS-Office
• Experience with DOORS and other requirements management tools
• High proficiency in English and German language skills are advantageous
