• Process and Equipment Development
• Lead the design and optimization of precision electrochemical metal machining processes, as well as the development of corresponding equipment
• Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on process parameters and key component selection. Contribute to system architecture, electrode design, flow field simulations, and process validation
• Process Innovation and Verification
• Oversee the design and validation of machining workflows, delivering high-precision, cost-effective, and efficient solutions. Offer strategic insights and breakthrough recommendations
• Documentation and ReportingPrepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design proposals, testing protocols, and evaluation reports.
• Technology Monitoring and R&D
• Stay up to date with industry trends and actively participate in the research and development of emerging technologies

• Master’s degree or higher in Material Forming, Mechanical Engineering, Electrochemical Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience in precision electrochemical machining, including theoretical knowledge, technical implementation, simulation analysis, parameter optimization, and experimental validation
• System Development Experience
• Hands-on involvement in designing and delivering precision electrochemical machining systems and process solutions
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
