Your Tasks

• Implementation of the service strategy in the countries of the Adria region
• Assignment and monitoring of service measures to local service employees
• Monitoring of KPI´s
• Responsibility for regional field service
• Responsibility for local order management
• Customer relationship management and escalation handling
• Creation of service potential lists and derived measures
• Budget responsibility 
• Personnel responsibility 

Your Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, brewing engineering or business administration
• Solid SAP knowledge
• Knowledge of the KHS portfolio
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel
• Good customer communication skills
• Strategic approach to work
• Ability to work in a team
