Your prospective job:

For our renowned client in the aerospace industry you act as a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist (m/f/d) in the Munich area. Your position will be focusing on the leadership of a team for process digitalization.

Your responsibilities:

• Team lead focusing on the establishment of process digitalization methods and tools
• Coordination with the manufacturing engineering team
• Value stream mapping / process landscape of the entire production flow
• Implementation of the planning software DELMIA
• Creation of the required SAP processes
• Development of a system of predetermined time studies such as MTM
• Implementation of a production system
• Support in setting up an end-to-end product delivery process
• Build up lean philosophy within the manufacturing engineering team

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of Electronics Engineering, Process Digitalization or comparable education
• Profund Experience in comparable projects relating to the structure, definition and implementation of workflows and processes
• Know-How of process Mapping, SIPOC, EPK, ability to Moderate and Challenge Processes
• Familiar with Time Management, and MTM, Allowance Times, Performance Rating
• Professional Experience of SAP production planning, Interface 3DX to SAP, Scheduling in SAP, Interface EWM, SAP PEO System
• Experience in the field of OPEX, Philosophy vs. Method, Systems Thinking, communicating a lean philosophy
• Familiar with the Structure of DELMIA, and the Interaction with SAP
• Very good English skills, written and spoken, German skills would be a plus
