- Your professional experience in technical service includes both national and international customers.
- Ideally, you already have initial experience with our SUSS equipment.
- You have solid knowledge in electronics, mechanics, and control technology.
- You are willing to travel worldwide (approx. 80%).
- Excellent Korean and English
Qualifications
- You install systems, resolve technical issues, and commission our equipment directly at the customer’s site.
- You carry out maintenance and repairs on our SUSS equipment worldwide, with frequent travel to Korea.
- You instruct our customers' personnel in the operation and functionality of the systems and provide them with comprehensive training.
- In urgent cases, you support and assist our customers by phone.
- You independently carry out mechatronic/electrical analyses to identify and resolve faults.
