Our team in the Charge Point Operation Services area is a key part of DKV Mobility’s strategic direction, the market leader for commercial fuel and charging solutions. We are shaping the future of mobility and enabling our customers to transition seamlessly into the world of electrified mobility.
- We build and manage charging infrastructure for electric vehicles at home (@home) and at the workplace (@work). With our extensive network of partner companies, we install wallboxes across Germany and Europe and connect them with premium software solutions.
- You are the central point of contact for customers, drivers, and service providers from Germany and Italy, handling their inquiries professionally and kindly.
- You process and verify incoming and outgoing invoices within the B2C business model carefully and efficiently.
- You support the offer process for B2C customers, taking into account their individual requests.
- You continuously develop and optimize existing processes.
- You use and maintain data in SAP and MS Office reliably.
- You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship or a university degree.
- You impress with a positive attitude and strong customer orientation.
- You show initiative and present yourself in a confident and reliable manner.
- You work in a structured way and maintain an overview even in dynamic environments
- You have excellent German language skills and good knowledge of Italian
- Ideally, you have technical experience, preferably in the construction industry or electrical engineering.
