Your prospective job:

The job holder (m/w/d) will work as an IT Project Supporter located in Hamburg and will join an international team situated in Denmark, Singapore, China and the US.

Your responsibilities:

• Handling ad-hoc requests and questions from the business and colleagues within IT
• Contributing to IT related projects, providing guidance and setting forth requirements related to Satair and Airbus channels IT setup
• Ensuring continuous service improvement
• Capturing and sharing knowledge through written Knowledge Articles related to Satair Hamburg IT
• Ordering, handing out and setting up specific IT equipment and ensuring Asset Management is done according to Airbus processes
• Helping employees submitting tickets and routing them to the right resolver group
• Assisting with coordination of Joiner and Leaver IT tasks
• Escalating tickets when required to relevant stakeholders
• Working closely with the different Service Desks within the organization of Airbus and acting as first responders when major incidents occur, ensuring proper information gathering, communication and escalations are done
• Supporting Airbus user population in various locations in Hamburg

Your profile:

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT / information systems, customer service and stakeholder management
• Very good knowledge of IT service management tools (such as ServiceNow)
• Good knowledge of IT Asset Life Cycle Management
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Please provide your CV in English language
