Your prospective job:

For our customer Airbus Operations you are acting as a Quality Conformance Manager (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure the conformity of a product/service with quality requirements and support on-time and on-cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty
• Lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement project or initiatives by setting the measurement standards and identifying or facilitating improvements to increase
• Process performance and product adherence to standards
• Reliability of processes
• Repeatability of processes, at initial design phase, before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product
• Responsibility for quality processes, performance and transformation of Airbus / Satair materials management services (process definition and maintenance, process adherence, process improvement, performance management, digitization)
• Leading the local process footprint, while contributing to the global, and in close collaboration with local operations teams (quality, warehouse, customer troubleshooting)
• Focal point of ASOQX in various MFTs

Your profile:

• Completed studies in aerospace, technical studies or comparable
• Several years of work experience in Process improvement, quality management and quality assurance
• Logistics experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge in SAP
• Good knowledge in lean management and process management
• Knowledge in Change Management and KAIZEN
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• Knowledge in Skywise and IT Development knowledge / coding
• Fluent English skills both spoken and written
