- You prepare individual financial statements according to local laws for the centrally managed companies of the DKV Group.
- You ensure the timely monthly delivery of relevant data (IFRS-compliant income statement, balance sheet, etc.) for the consolidated financial statements in accordance with group guidelines.
- You are the contact person for auditors regarding individual financial statement issues according to both IFRS and HGB.
- You ensure the timely provision of data for the preparation of monthly VAT returns for all central companies and countries.
- You manage and optimize processes within the team, including SAP systems, interfaces, and job automation.
- You communicate with departments such as FP&A, Treasury, Sales, TAX, and HR, as well as with other auditors and consultants.
- You have a completed degree with a focus on finance or a completed vocational training in the commercial field and further training with a focus on accounting, or a comparable qualification (certified accountant exam).
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in accounting (ideally in the area of general ledger accounting).
- You have knowledge in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS.
- You are proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and are experienced with SAP (or a comparable ERP system).
- You are a team player, have strong communication skills, and work independently with analytical skills and problem-solving competence.
- You are fluent in German and have good English skills, both written and spoken.
