• Develop and implement governance frameworks for scaffolding and crane operations across multiple projects
• Ensure that the right scaffolding and crane equipment is used according to the requirements and complexity of the project
• Centralize the coordination of scaffolding and crane activities to optimize resource utilization and reduce redundancies
• Establish and maintain relationships with approved vendors, to ensure quality and reliability
• Advise the purchasing department on contract and agreement negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions
• Evaluate and select scaffolding and crane vendors based on project-specific requirements and complexity
• Conduct regular safety inspections of scaffolding and crane equipment and structures
• Ensure compliance with local, cantonal and federal safety regulations and standards
• Developing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures for scaffolding and crane companies

• Completed studies in engineering
• Practical experience in process optimization and construction site coordination
• You speak fluent English (C1 level) and at least conversational German (B2 level)
• Profound work experience in the coordination of scaffolding and crane activities
• Strong Process management and improvement, time management skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills and strong planning and organizational skills
