• Supporting Security & Work safety in day to day business and ongoing/planned projects
• Maintaining data on security & Work safety solutions such as access control, fire protection systems, etc.
• Prebaring and submitting presentations / reports as assigned
• Managing internal and external communication as well as correspondence
• Managing procurement of services and assorted office supplies & ressources, developing partnerships with current and new suppliers

• Sound work experience in admenistration/commercial field
• Several years of job experience, ideally including documentation tasks
• Knowledge in the field of security and work safety advantageous
• Very good command of MS Office applications
• Analytic, data driven work style
• Working independently with a hands-on mentality, likes to work in teams as well
• Fluent in English language, German advantageous
