- You are responsible for the continuous development of our Transportation Management System (TMS) and manage the product roadmap within your area of responsibility.
- You analyze transportation and logistics processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate business requirements into digital solutions.
- You work closely with business stakeholders, customers, and development teams to design and implement practical product solutions.
- You support the entire product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and implementation through to successful rollout.
- You measure the success of new features using relevant KPIs and derive improvements for both the product and underlying processes.
- You facilitate workshops and training sessions and support users in the successful adoption of transportation management solutions.
- You have several years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a comparable role within the transportation, logistics, or supply chain environment.
- You bring solid expertise in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and understand the requirements of modern transportation processes.
Ideally, you have experience in the digitalization, automation, and optimization of logistics operations. - You combine strong technical understanding with the ability to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions.
- You impress with a structured, self-driven working style and communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You have excellent German and English language skills.
