• Provide 3rd Level Support for complex end-user computing incidents and escalations from Level 1 and Level 2
• Perform root cause analysis using logs, crash dumps and technical diagnostics to resolve recurring issues
• Manage and support modern workplace and cloud-based EUC services, including Azure Virtual Desktop
• Deploy automated patches and ensure endpoint compliance with security and hardening standards
• Automate recurring administrative and corrective tasks using PowerShell and endpoint management tools
• Maintain technical documentation and procedures and transfer knowledge to Level 1 and Level 2 support teams
• Support business requirements, user enablement and the continuous improvement of digital workplace services

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or a related field
• Extensive experience within digital workplace / end-user computing in an international environment
• Strong expertise with Entra ID, Active Directory, Autopilot, Intune/UEM and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Microsoft Defender, endpoint security and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure / Azure Virtual Desktop
• Good understanding of ITIL and IT service management principles
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and PowerShell scripting/automation skills
• Proactive, independent and service-oriented team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English required; French and/or German are an advantage
