What you will do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales roles, from profile definition and sourcing through interviews, offer management and onboarding support.
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract strong candidates from relevant Sales markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
through proactive outreach, networking and talent mapping, fostering interest
in career opportunities and creating a strong talent pipeline.
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and provide consultative recruitment guidance throughout the selection process.
- Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience at every stage.
- Monitor recruitment indicators and identify opportunities to improve quality, speed and process efficiency.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Process Optimization: Proactively manage and optimize the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. Regularly evaluate and enhance recruitment tools and platforms to stay ahead of industry trends.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Solid experience recruiting Sales profiles, such as B2B Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Key Account Management or similar roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and recruitment consulting capabilities.
- Practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing channels.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and priorities simultaneously.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and French or Italian
- Recruitment Expertise: Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Proven track record of proactively identifying, engaging and attracting passive Sales talent in competitive markets through networking, talent mapping and targeted outreach.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box in attracting top talent.
