• Develop and optimize detergent and high-level disinfection formulations for medical device reprocessing
• Design and manage microbiological efficacy studies, validation activities, and performance testing
• Support regulatory compliance and preparation of technical documentation for global markets
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and external testing laboratories
• Lead formulation scale-up and technology transfer from laboratory to commercial production
• Manage cross-functional development projects and coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders

• Strong experience in the development of detergent and/or high-level disinfection formulations for cleaning and disinfection of medical devices
• Solid background in chemistry, microbiology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field, with proven experience supporting technical documentation, quality systems, and compliance with applicable medical device and detergent and disinfectant regulations worldwide
• Expertise in formulation design, microbiological efficacy testing, validation, regulatory assessment across multiple countries, and manufacturing scale-up
• Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills are required
