• Investigate and evaluate hardware solutions based on product requirements and system architecture specifications
• Develop and implement optimal hardware design solutions that meet performance, reliability, safety, and cost objectives
• Create hardware design documentation, including description of function, details design description, Functional type test description etc.
• Perform schematic design, PCB layout reviews, and signal integrity simulations to ensure robust high-speed circuit performance during the design phase
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support hardware integration, verification, and design optimization activities
• Execute hardware validation activities, including functional testing, environmental testing, and regulatory compliance testing such as EMC/EMI evaluations
• Analyze test results, identify root causes of design issues, and drive corrective actions to ensure product quality and compliance
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive test plans, validation reports, and technical documentation throughout the product development process

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field
• Hardware development experience in embedded systems; relevant experience is preferred
• Strong experience in high-speed digital hardware design, including signal integrity (SI) analysis, simulation, and validation
• Solid understanding of power supply design and power integrity (PI) analysis in complex system
• Familiarity with explosion protection standards and requirements for industrial hazardous-area applications
• Good knowledge of Functional Safety standards and development processes, particularly IEC 61508
• Proficiency in Siemens Xpedition EDA tools for schematic capture, PCB layout, and design verification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to technical challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international teams
• Demonstrated team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality project outcomes
• Experience in the development of safety-critical, industrial automation, or automotive electronics products
• Strong experience in EMC/EMI design, compliance, debugging, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with embedded processors, SoCs, MCUs and high-speed communication interfaces such as Ethernet, PCIe, DDR4, USB 3.0, and similar technologies
• Familiarity with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) guidelines and best practices
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
