- You develop technical solution concepts in collaboration with internal and external consulting teams and support their implementation.
- You analyze challenges arising from day-to-day operations and ensure sustainable issue resolution.
- You perform functional testing and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with our standards.
- You maintain functional documentation, configuration records, and architectural guidelines.
- You provide functional 2nd and 3rd level support and advise business units as well as development teams on best practices.
- You work closely with Solution and Technical Architects and actively contribute to the further development of our platform roadmap.
- You are responsible for the performance and stability of the platform and support on-call activities during our billing cycles.
- You actively leverage modern AI tools in your daily work and ideally bring hands-on programming experience along with a strong hands-on mentality.
- You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT qualification, such as vocational training in information technology (e.g. IT Specialist).
- You have professional experience in the development of SAP systems.
- You have gained hands-on experience in at least one of the following SAP modules: SD/MM, CCM, or LO-AB.
- You are passionate about new technologies, IT trends, and agile software development.
- You possess strong analytical and communication skills and work in a service-oriented, proactive, and self-driven manner within project teams.
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of English.
