• Assess and enhance the design of a large-scale analytical data environment to improve scalability, governance, and operational readiness
• Provide strategic guidance for modernization initiatives involving legacy data platforms and cloud-native technologies
• Support technical evaluation activities and feasibility assessments for upcoming reporting and analytics use cases
• Mentor internal stakeholders and share architectural best practices to strengthen in-house expertise

• Expert-level knowledge of Databricks and modern data platform design
• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and contemporary analytical architectures
• Hands-on experience transitioning workloads from Oracle and SAS-based environments
• Strong exposure to AWS and multi-cloud transformation programs, ideally within the financial services sector
• Extensive background in enterprise-scale data platform architecture within highly regulated industries
• Proven track record of leading complex transformation and modernization initiatives across large organizations
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management capabilities, combined with the ability to translate business needs into technical roadmaps
• Experience coaching architects and technical teams in adopting modern data ecosystem principles
