• Lead and coordinate strategic business and technology initiatives across multiple workstreams
• Ensure alignment between operational objectives, digital solutions, and organizational priorities
• Facilitate decision-making processes among senior stakeholders and delivery teams
• Oversee implementation readiness, transition activities, and post-launch stabilization efforts.

• Extensive background in managing large-scale organizational and technology initiatives
• Proven ability to navigate complex environments involving multiple business units and external partners and Strong leadership capabilities combined with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging executive-level audiences
• Solid understanding of enterprise applications, process optimization, and transformation delivery models
• Professional fluency in English and the ability to operate effectively in multinational settings

• Work within a highly collaborative environment spanning multiple technology domains
