• Leading the procurement project for a new sorting system
• Define technical requirements and create functional specifications
• Evaluate suppliers and conduct technical assessments
• Analyze and standardize optical inspection systems
• Manage and support projects through to successful implementation in serial production

• Degree or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
• Technical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems, ideally covering both areas
• Experience in managing capital investment projects for production or industrial equipment
• Practical experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in high-volume production within the metal or plastics industry
• Experience in working with suppliers and managing technical projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English - additional language (German) skills are beneficial
