Remobis, part of DKV Mobility is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who will be responsible
for translating business processes and information needs into scalable
reporting and analytical solutions. You will act as a bridge between business
stakeholders and data platforms, ensuring that data is trusted, accessible, and
actionable.
Working in a decentralized international environment, you
will independently manage reporting initiatives, identify opportunities for
improvement, and contribute to the evolution of our data landscape. This role
offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in analytics, reporting, and
automation while gaining exposure to various business processes within an
international organization.
Responsibilities:
Reporting & Analytics
- Own and maintain selected business reporting domains
- Translate business processes and stakeholder needs into reporting solutions
- Design, build, and improve Power BI reports and semantic models
- Analyze business performance and proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Data Governance & Quality
- Validate consistency between operational systems, Snowflake, and reporting outputs
- Investigate data quality issues and coordinate resolution with business and technical stakeholders
- Contribute to establishing data standards, documentation, and governance practices
- Maintain documentation of business rules, KPI definitions, and reporting assets
Business Partnering
- Act as first point of contact for assigned reporting domains
- Challenge and refine business requirements
- Facilitate discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support management decision-making through analysis and insights
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
- Evaluate new technologies and analytical approaches
- Contribute to AI and data-driven initiatives
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Reporting, or a similar field (internships and student projects are also considered)
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders
- Experience translating business requirements into analytical solutions
Technical Skills
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills
- Good Excel knowledge
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or another data visualization tool
- Basic knowledge of Python is a plus
- Interest in automation tools and data technologies
- Willingness to learn systems such as Snowflake, dbt, or similar platforms
- ETL/ELT understanding is a plus
