• Planning, coordinating, and leading technical development and customer projects
• Managing technical work packages across software, electronics, and mechanical engineering domains
• Collaborating closely with commercial project managers throughout project execution
• Conducting technical negotiations and discussions with customers, partners, and authorities
• Leading cross-functional project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Ensuring compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, schedules, and deliverables
• Maintaining project documentation and reporting using Confluence
• Coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
• Solid experience in technical project management
• Proven experience managing customer-funded projects with direct client interaction
• Demonstrated background in leading technical development projects
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project collaboration tools, particularly Confluence
• Willingness to travel within Europe possible (approximately 20%)
