• Provide strategic consulting on Real World Data (RWD) and Real World Evidence (RWE) topics
• Identify, evaluate, and leverage global healthcare data sources
• Support the development of governance frameworks and data access strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional and international stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions
• Develop operational models, frameworks, templates, and best practices
• Drive adoption and effective use of RWD across the organization

• Proven experience in Real World Data (RWD)
• Experience within Pharma, Diagnostics, Healthcare, or Life Sciences
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in complex, global organizations
• Fluent English
