- Lead and manage complex IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation to successful delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders
- Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate workshops, project meetings, and steering committee sessions
- Ensure effective project communication, governance, and stakeholder alignment
- Solid experience managing complex IT projects in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of traditional and/or agile project management methodologies
- Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders across different business functions
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
