Join DKV Mobility as a Team Manager Cockpit Framework and lead the team responsible for the central frontend framework powering our digital products. In this role, you will combine people leadership, technical vision, and stakeholder collaboration to drive scalable, secure, and reusable solutions that enable product teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences faster and more efficiently.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
- Own and evolve the Cockpit Framework architecture, standards, and engineering principles.
- Drive scalability, maintainability, security, and reusability across frontend applications.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, continuous improvement, and AI-assisted development.
- Proven leadership experience in software engineering, ideally within modern frontend architectures and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of agile development practices and modern engineering processes.
- Ability to balance technical excellence with business objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for building scalable platform solutions.
