Join DKV Mobility as a Team Manager App Frameworks and lead an international engineering team responsible for the mobile application framework powering our digital products. In this role, you will drive engineering excellence, operational stability, and continuous improvement while enabling product teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences faster and more efficiently.
Your Responsibilities :
- Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of software engineers.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the timely delivery, quality, and reliability of App Framework features and services.
- Drive best practices in software architecture, CI/CD, testing, security, and observability.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to align delivery with business goals.
- Support operational excellence through incident management, platform lifecycle management, and continuous optimization
What You Bring:
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams.
- Strong background in software development, application architecture, and modern engineering practices.
- Experience with mobile application ecosystems, Agile delivery, and DevOps environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice to Have Experience with Android, iOS, Kotlin, Swift, Angular, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), Kubernetes, platform engineering, or developer platforms.
