• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and refine User Stories
• Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Support feature validation through hypothesis definition, KPI tracking, and data analysis
• Create test cases, risk assessments, and product documentation
• Support the enhancement of a B2B contracting platform focused on efficiency, customer experience, and business growth

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in transformation, digitalization, or software implementation projects
• Strong background in requirements engineering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis
• Experience creating and refining User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and test scenarios
• Ability to define, track, and validate KPIs and business outcomes
• Hands-on experience with Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• Strong documentation and analytical skills
