- Design and implement processes for allocating, configuring, and maintaining EUC endpoints tailored to developer needs (Windows (Dev Drive, WSLv2, Docker Desktop), macOS (Desktop Virtualization, Docker Desktop))
- Engineer and automate the developer workspace setup, including configuration of API tokens, certificates, proxies, pipelines, and environment setting
- Improve and standardize packaging and deployment processes for SDLC tools and software manufacturing utilities
- Contribute to the creation of a governance model for developer specific tooling
- Provide rollout coordination, documentation, and end user communication for DevEx related changes in UAT and PROD
- Experience in MacOS engineering (including Desktop Virtualization) and Windows engineering (including Dev Drive, WSLv2)
- Experience with Software packaging for macOS and Windows
- Knowledge in Scripting: shell, PowerShell, Python
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Intune, Artifactory and MS Power Platform
- Understanding of SDLC tooling, developer workflows, and endpoint security controls
- Good reference for possible future projects
