- Assess and refine application-related requirements, workflows, and technical concepts within a complex digital platform
- Translate business needs into structured functional and technical documentation for delivery teams
- Act as a key interface between product, design, technical, and business stakeholders
- Support the rollout of new capabilities while helping to improve solution quality, efficiency, and user experience
- Solid experience in technical analysis, requirements engineering, or business systems analysis
- Strong background in documenting solution concepts, process flows, and system requirements
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with product, technology, and business teams
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
