• Design, configure and optimize SAP IBP Response & Supply (R&S) solutions within a complex supply chain environment
• Lead and support supply planning processes, including capacity planning, inventory balancing, and constraint-based planning
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate planning requirements into SAP IBP solutions
• Configure and enhance Supply Heuristics, Supply Optimizer, and Response Planning functionalities
• Analyze supply chain bottlenecks and develop planning scenarios to improve service levels and operational efficiency
• Support integration activities between SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, and connected planning systems
• Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and provide functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct testing, user training, and hypercare support during deployment phases

• Proven experience with SAP IBP Response & Supply (R&S)
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Production Planning, and Inventory Management
• Experience with Supply Optimizer, Heuristics, and Scenario Planning
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Planning processes and integration concepts
• Experience in international and cross-functional project environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English required, German is an advantage
