• Design and develop aerospace components and assemblies, ensuring safety, performance, manufacturability, and cost efficiency
• Create technical solutions and engineering definitions using modern design methodologies, including Model-Based Engineering (MBE) and Model-Based Definition (MBD)
• Perform engineering analyses, validation activities, and subsystem integration tasks
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying Systems Engineering, Robust Design, and FMEA principles
• Ensure compliance with quality, certification, and engineering standards
• Support product lifecycle activities, including engineering changes, repair solutions, and configuration management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and external engineering partners

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience in mechanical design, product development, and engineering analysis
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary engineering fields, including manufacturing, aerodynamics, thermodynamics, and mechanical analysis
• Ability to solve complex technical challenges through analytical and innovative thinking
• Knowledge of certification requirements, product integrity, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with Systems Engineering, FMEA, MBD, or similar methodologies is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
