As a Client Portfolio Manager, you will provide personalized solutions from DKV's range of products and services, tailored to each client's needs and to the company's commercial objectives. You will manage a portfolio of existing clients and activate newly allocated clients, contributing to client loyalty, increased use of DKV products and services, and achievement of market objectives.
- Activates new clients allocated in the portfolio, according to the established sales plan
- Manages the existing client portfolio, offering support, consultation and personalized solutions to increase client loyalty and drive business growth through cross-selling and up-selling
- Identifies client needs and the potential for using DKV services and products, for both prospects and existing clients
- Designs customized offers tailored to clients' specific activities (route proposals, fueling solutions, comparative price analyses, fueling station and product recommendations)
- Initiates and monitors the commercial conditions offered to clients until implementation, in line with DKV standards and procedures
- Analyzes the allocated portfolio and implements measures to reduce and prevent client losses, maximizing product usage and portfolio profitability
- Presents additional product offers to clients, as well as offers for products already used, to increase product utilization in the portfolio
- Processes customer requests and complaints, communicating efficiently with support departments to clarify reported issues
- Cooperates with Field Sales, Telesales, Back Office and Credit Control departments to serve clients, in line with DKV policies and procedures
- Prepares periodic reports on activities performed, upon the manager's request
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar position
- Relevant experience managing a client portfolio
- Strong skills in promoting products and services to clients
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
- Customer-oriented and results-driven
- Analytical thinking and financial understanding, with the ability to analyze data
- Intermediate level of English
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Proactive attitude
