- You process incoming supplier invoices and ensure their proper routing through the digital approval workflow.
- You clarify discrepancies between goods receipt and invoice data in close collaboration with the respective departments and ensure the accurate maintenance of related accounts.
- You process payment reminders, follow up on outstanding items, and support the final review as part of the payment process.
- You are responsible for the timely execution and monitoring of payment runs and ensure that suppliers are paid on time.
- You post payment transactions, perform account reconciliations, and support the resolution of outstanding items.
- You act as a competent point of contact for business departments and suppliers regarding invoice status, payment transactions, and approval processes.
- You process travel expense claims and maintain vendor master data, ensuring a high level of data quality.
- You actively contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and support the preparation of relevant reports and analyses.
- You work closely with auditors as well as internal and external stakeholders and support audits and examinations.
- You actively contribute to projects aimed at optimizing and further developing accounting processes, systems, and digital solutions.
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on accounting, financial accounting, or a comparable qualification.
- You have practical experience in accounts payable accounting or a similar commercial environment. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, particularly the FI and MM modules, is an advantage.
- You work in a structured, meticulous, and self-reliant manner and maintain an overview even under high workloads.
- You have a strong affinity for numbers as well as a high level of accuracy and quality awareness.
- You are distinguished by strong communication skills and a pronounced ability to work effectively within a team.
- You communicate confidently in German, both written and spoken. English language skills are an advantage.
- You handle sensitive financial and business data responsibly and confidentially.
- You have a keen eye for process improvements and contribute your own ideas to the continuous enhancement of workflows and systems.
- A strong customer and service orientation, combined with enjoyment in collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, completes your profile.
