Aufgaben
Laboratory & Quality Control
- Perform routine quality control testing on raw materials and finished products according to defined test plans.
- Documentation of test results and release of raw materials and finished goods.
- Manage retention samples.
- Calibration of the test equipment in the quality control laboratory.
- Carry out corrective wastewater treatment and discharge activities in accordance with site procedure.
- Perform wastewater monitoring analyses.
Production preparation
- Generate and print production labels
- Maintain accurate inventory records and verify the availability of raw material and packaging component prior to production.
- Process and complete production orders in SAP following manufacturing activities.
- Replace production director during vacation or other absences
Provide hands-on support to manufacturing operations when required to ensure business continuity.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree, BTS, DUT or equivalent qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and quality control.
- Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in both laboratory and operational environment.
- Forklift driving experience or CACES Cat 3 certification is an advantage, but not required.
- Reliable, proactive, team-oriented
Über uns
- Day shift (Monday to Friday, 8h00 -16h00, 35h/week)
- Work in a chemical production facility (detergents and cleaning products)
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
- Operational support in the production area may be required depending on business needs.
- Internal safety training provided at the start
