• Strategic HR partnership for Corporate Functions and senior business stakeholders
• Trusted advisor to executive and senior management teams

• Profound experience as an HR Business Partner within a large international organization
• Proven track record supporting sizeable business units, divisions, or corporate functions
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leadership teams
• High degree of ownership, independence, and personal credibility
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
• Experience within matrix organizations is essential
• Fluent English is mandatory
• International exposure, expatriate experience, or a history of successful international assignments is highly valued
