• Deliver knowledge transfer, coaching, workshops, and best-practice guidance for stakeholders
• Perform post-upgrade health checks, stabilization assessments, and configuration reviews of the Automic platform
• Assess system architecture, operational stability, performance, scalability, and resilience
• Evaluate hybrid cloud readiness, connectivity, integration patterns, and cloud deployment suitability
• Review architecture decisions, validate design assumptions, and provide expert advisory support
• Identify quick wins, optimization opportunities, modernization initiatives, and target-state recommendations
• Review security, authorization concepts, governance standards, and operating models
• Conduct architecture, configuration, and state-of-the-art assessments
• Prepare risk and dependency assessments and support technical decision-making
• Produce assessment reports, improvement roadmaps, and prioritized recommendations

• Senior-level expertise in Automic Workload Automation within enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with current Automic versions (v24+) and post-upgrade stabilization activities
• Strong knowledge of Automic architecture, Automation Engine, Work Processes (WP), and JWP configuration
• Proven experience in performance tuning, scalability optimization, workload distribution, execution queues, and agent utilization
• Experience with hybrid on-premises/cloud Automic environments and cloud readiness assessments
• Expertise in connectivity patterns, integration design, database interactions, and cloud-related Automic topics
• Strong understanding of high availability, resilience, security, authorization concepts, and operational governance
• Experience reviewing configurations, object design standards, folder structures, naming conventions, and operating models
• Experience with enterprise architecture reviews, modernization assessments, and technical decision support
• Proven experience delivering knowledge transfer, workshops, coaching, documentation, and internal capability-building initiatives
