- You take ownership of the design, development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of compensation and target-setting frameworks, supporting the sales strategy in close collaboration with HR.
- You define, harmonize, and continuously develop KPI frameworks and target-setting systems for different sales roles, markets, and sales channels.
- You build and further develop a pan-European incentive governance framework, including processes, roles, and responsibilities, in close collaboration with HR and in alignment with the PEX Guideline, Merit Guideline, and the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- You independently translate strategic business objectives into measurable sales targets and effective incentive mechanisms.
- You are responsible for the implementation and continuous enhancement of technical solutions and tools for the automated calculation and ongoing tracking of target achievement in collaboration with IT and HR Systems.
- You develop impactful dashboards and reporting solutions to ensure transparent management of incentives and performance.
- You work closely with HR, Finance, Commercial Leadership, and Data Teams to ensure consistent execution across the organization.
- You analyze the effectiveness of the incentive model, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously optimize it based on performance data and business objectives.
- You have more than five years of experience in Incentive Management, Compensation & Benefits, Commercial Excellence, Sales Steering, or management consulting with a focus on sales incentives.
- You bring strong conceptual and analytical skills and have a proven track record of designing and enhancing complex compensation and target-setting frameworks.
- You have experience defining and further developing KPI frameworks and performance management systems.
- You are confident working with data models, KPI logic, and reporting solutions.
- You have solid knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and data-driven performance management tools.
- You have successfully contributed to or led transformation and implementation projects.
- You have a strong understanding of sales organizations, sales steering, and performance management.
- You stand out through your strong analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems in a structured way.
- You think strategically, act with a business-oriented mindset, and align your actions with overarching company goals.
- You are able to quickly structure complex topics and derive pragmatic and sustainable solutions.
- You communicate clearly and persuasively and can influence a wide range of stakeholders.
- You possess strong stakeholder management skills and build trusted relationships across functions and levels.
- You work independently, take ownership, and consistently drive results with a hands-on mindset.
- You actively shape change initiatives and know how to engage and guide organizations through transformation.
- You are fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
