We are looking for a Functional Consultant who can transform business requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions while working closely with stakeholders, developers, architects, and business teams. In this role, you will take ownership of the full solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and process analysis to implementation, user training, support, and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze and document business requirements, including As-Is and To-Be processes.
- Perform fit-gap analyses and translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Configure and optimize Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, integration teams, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Lead and support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Drive implementation, go-live, Hypercare, and post-deployment support activities.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive project and solution documentation.
- Deliver training and guidance to end users and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Advanced Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform system knowledge – minimum 3 years
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Experience supporting application implementations, testing, and post-go-live activities.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, and application lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Professional English proficiency.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Dynamics customizations (.NET, C#, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs, SQL, or cloud technologies.
- Microsoft certifications.
